I purchased your book from the site on your pamphlet but have not received my copy yet. It was over a month ago.
Yes, I don’t know quite what caused the slowness in shipping, but others had said the same. However, I’ve had word from some people that they have gotten their books today! I hope you get yours soon. I know they weren’t going to to start shipping till the actual release date, which was November 18th.
